1. Experimental software
Mandyr is experimental software provided as is on Solana mainnet. It has not been audited. Bugs, outages, RPC failures and unexpected behaviour can occur at any time.
2. No financial, legal or tax advice
Nothing on this website or in the application constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or any other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
3. Real funds are at risk
Mandyr operates on Solana mainnet and transactions move real SOL. Transactions are irreversible. Only fund an agent wallet with amounts you can afford to lose, and do not send assets to a derived agent address on a cluster or wallet you do not control.
4. Mandates are enforced in your session
Mandate limits (per-transaction cap, budget, expiry, allowlist and revocation) are verified and enforced by the Mandyr policy engine running in your browser session. They are not yet enforced by an on-chain program. Anyone who obtains the agent key can bypass these limits. Treat the agent wallet as a hot wallet and fund it only with amounts you can afford to lose.
5. Key derivation
The agent wallet is derived from a message signature produced by your wallet. If that signature is exposed, the agent wallet can be reconstructed by a third party. Mandyr does not store, transmit or recover keys or signatures.
6. Third-party services
Mandyr relies on third-party wallets, RPC providers and block explorers. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or security.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mandyr and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. No offer of securities
Mandyr does not offer, sell or promote any security, investment contract or digital asset. Nothing here should be read as a solicitation in any jurisdiction.
9. Changes
This disclaimer may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
